Valident Secure Messaging gives referring and receiving dentists a safer, simpler way to communicate directly about a specific patient referral. Whether it’s to clarify details, ask a question or share an update, you can now send and receive encrypted messages linked to a referral — all securely within the Valident platform.
Designed for clarity and compliance
Every message is tied to a specific referral, so conversations stay organised and easy to follow. Messages are fully encrypted and stored securely, helping you stay compliant while making communication easier for both sides.
Only the users involved in a referral can view or send messages related to it. Notifications are sent when new messages arrive, and messages are clearly marked as read or unread — so nothing gets missed.
Accessible from the dashboard
For referring dentists, messages appear directly in the Valident dashboard alongside your submitted referrals. You’ll see at a glance which referrals have received a reply and whether any new messages are waiting for you.
For receiving practices, the secure messaging system makes it easy to respond to referrers and track conversations in a clear, auditable way.
